These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://jiyumarketing.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Jiyu Marketing LLC ("Jiyu Marketing," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, contacting us, booking a call, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Our Services
Jiyu Marketing provides digital marketing services, including search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads management, AI-search optimization, web design, reputation management, and reporting, primarily for fence, shed, and outdoor-structure builders. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal. Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of specific rankings, leads, or results.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site and our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Jiyu Marketing LLC at the number provided.
- Programs. You may opt in to customer care / transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups) and, separately, to marketing / promotional messages. Messages may include appointment alerts, booking confirmations, follow-up notifications, and promotional offers.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
- Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-out. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. Text HELP for help, or contact (971) 397-7731.
- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No sharing of mobile or SMS opt-in data. We do not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in / consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your use of our text messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Site or services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; or (d) copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Site without our permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the JIYU name and marks, are owned by or licensed to Jiyu Marketing LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks or content without our prior written consent.
